<p><span id="more-526"></span><br style="color: #000000;" /><span style="color: #000000;">The Tulsa, OK-based company, which was founded in 1939 and booked $270 million in sales for the 12 months ended June 30, 2014, plans to list on the NYSE under the symbol ENOV. Enovation Controls initially filed confidentially on July 11, 2014. Morgan Stanley and UBS Investment Bank are the joint bookrunners on the deal. No pricing terms were disclosed.</span></p>
